ABOUT ME

An Independent Enterprise Learning Consultant with more than 30 years of experience working at the intersection of people, learning, technology, and business. My work spans technical writing and training, instructional design, enterprise learning technologies, project management, and organizational change. The common thread throughout my career has been taking something complex and making it easier to understand, use, teach, or manage.

Working primarily remotely with organizations across industries, partnering with business leaders, Learning & Development, HR, technology teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and end users. As a dual U.S.-Irish citizen, my long-term plans include the possibility of relocating to the EU and eventually becoming a true digital nomad while continuing to work with clients across locations and time zones.
